Mr. Zuliani has over 25 years of experience in the real estate development industry. The first six years as a consulting engineer on residential, commercial and industrial projects, then fifteen years as a senior land development consultant with a leading development consultant, Moodie Consultants Ltd., and then under
Steve manages small to large land development projects for public and private sector clients. These can involve site selection, land use studies, economic feasibility analysis, development programming, land use approvals, site preparation and development site marketing.
As a Civil Engineer with a MBA in Urban Land Economics, he combines his practical engineering and analytical development economics background to prepare and implement effective land development and land asset management strategies.
Steve has been involved in a range of projects from advising on approvals strategy for a 2 acre development site to managing a phased, nine year land development program, that involved land use planning, rezoning, design, construction, site marketing stages to create a 65 acre mixed use community of 1,800 new homes, 40,000 sf of commercial space, a school site, and three parks including a 15 acre riverfront park.
